For many of us, fond memories of nostalgic food bring us back to thoughts of eating at home with our families. For Christian Mark Jacobs, that’s exactly where the source of his love for food began. As a 6 year old hoovering over mom in the kitchen on a footstool, he learned to scramble eggs and make banana bread for Sunday morning breakfasts. Family meals were made with fresh ingredients, mostly healthy, and always prepared with love. By the time he reached high school, Christian was participating in food competitions and cooking dinner for his family 5 nights a week.
After college, Christian Mark Jacobs began a gourmet food business, living in South Korea while moonlighting as a bar tender to study mixology and working a full-time office job. Christian then ventured into other entrepreneurial endeavors throughout his 20’s which led him to tasting and cooking his way all over the world. Christian’s vision is to create healthy food, made from scratch and filled with passion, that tells a story and brings people together for laughter and a greater sense of community.
